Company Policies 

Cancellation/ Deposit Policy: we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations/reschedules to avoid being charged $35.00 for each service booked.  All appointments are reserved with a credit card on file and a signed cancellation policy 48 hours prior to arrival.  ALL APPOINTMENTS MUST BE CONFIRMED 24-HOURS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TO AVOID BEING CANCELED.  

We require a $35.00 deposit for all new clients and any client that hasn't been to our salon in the last 6 months. We also require $35.00 deposit for any services over $100 or services that require extra time to set up. The $35.00 deposit is not an extra fee, it will just go towards your total balance for the appointment. For example, if you have a couples massage which is $160, you pay the deposit of $70 ($35 for each service) then you will just owe $90 at checkout. If we have your welcome form on file with your signed agreement to our policy we will not need to take a deposit as long as we have a card on file.

Late Policy:  When arriving 10 minutes or later to an appointment will result in having to reschedule to the next available time.  If you know you will be late to an appointment, please call in advance to make sure we can accomandate your appointment due to time restrictions. 

CHILDREN POLICY:Children pose unique challenges in the salon and spa environments. Spas focus on tranquility and calm, something children rarely possess. Salons are filled with dangerous items such as scissors, chemicals, hot irons, etc. In addition to these challenges, most salons and spas are an oasis for people to recharge and spend some "me" time. Guests are politely requested to not bring children with them to their appointments at Olympia Salon & Spa. If your child is the one recieving services, please check with the front desk about any extra forms that need to be filled out prior to the appointment. 
We do not allow children under the age of 14 to recieve massages at Olympia Salon & Spa. If the child is above the age of 14 years old,  we require a consent form from the parent/gaurdian and require that the parent/gaurdian remain in the room during the service at all times. 

Forms: 
Before certain services, please check your email or text messages for any forms that need to be filled out prior to your appointments. If you do not have internet or cannot fill out your forms prior to your services, please come in 10 minutes early to fill the forms out before your scheduled service times. 

Email Alerts/ Text Message Alerts: 
Please make sure you have signed up to recieve emails and text messages from our Salon & Spa. These alerts will have confirmation times for EACH of your services. If you have multiple services schedule in one day you will recieve multiple alerts from our system. Our system was designed this way and we cannot control how it sends out confirmation times, please read them carefully. Furthermore, our receptionist can send out text messages through our system. Sometimes if we cannot get ahold of you through phone calls we will send a text, so you can answer it at your convience.
