Your experience during your visit is important to us, and because of such we ask that:

ο If you are scheduled for a Massage, Facial, Electrolysis, or Permanent make-up, please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early as there is some paper work that will need to be filled out.

ο  Please turn off your cell phone during your visit so that you and other guests may relax and forget the outside world for a bit.

ο We ask that if children are not scheduled for services that other arrangements please be made so that you and our other guests may enjoy the visit to our salon in its entirety.

ο We hope that you are always able to keep your scheduled appointments, but we understand that things happen beyond our control; if you should need to reschedule your appointment please give us as much advance notice as possible.

ο We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you are late by 15 minutes or more in order to be fair to our other guest coming in after you.
